After being under construction for well over a year, I finally completed my 1:400 scale model kit of the Titanic. To say that it took a lot of effort is an understatement, but despite all that many errors still crept in!

All the same, this was only intended to be a study model to help me along for visual references when building the larger, more detailed, more finnecky and overall even bloody harder 1:350 kit, so if ya notice errors - hey, I probably already know about them :)

Alas, the pictures presented here are black and white for the very good reason that I have no camera with close up focus. Instead, I acquired my dad's ancient video camera that has now succumbed to the ravages of old age and can therefore only record in greyscale. That, in conjunction with an angle pose lamp and video capture card is how I took these pictures. Some of them are still rather good, I think, though...
